Patrick McShane

Patrick McShane joined Capital One in 2018 and is focused primarily on tax lien, timeshare and other esoteric asset classes. He was previously a Senior Director with Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA), where he was a lead analyst for commercial and esoteric assets. While at KBRA, Mr. McShane developed the firm’s tax lien ABS rating methodology and rated over a dozen tax lien ABS transactions. Prior to KBRA, Mr. McShane held origination and structuring roles in asset securitization and structured products at DZ Bank, Bank of America, and ING. In these positions, he specialized in financing solutions for consumer and esoteric assets.
