NTLA Fall Symposium
The National Tax Lien Association (NTLA) was founded in 1997 as a nonprofit professional trade organization for the tax lien industry. It is dedicated to representing the interest of investors lenders, service providers, and government officials in regards to tax lien sales, as well as promoting the benefit of those sales as reliable income for municipal, county, and some state budgets. The NTLA also provides networking and training opportunities for those in the tax lien industry.
NTLA Certified Tax Lien Professional (CTLP™) is a certification that validates professional and financial tax lien expertise through rigorous training and an assessment exam.
The mission of the National Tax Lien Association is to be the primary organization advancing the legislative, regulatory, business, public relations and educational interests of the tax lien industry in the United States. The association is committed to upholding high standards of ethical conduct and operating in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and administrative rules.

The National Tax Lien Association monitors and defends legislation, expands markets, and provides members with tools and resources to make informed decisions on key issues. FiscalNote is a monumental tool that we have recently added to our shared toolbox. The NTLA has worked with FiscalNote to create a customized legislative reporting service based upon the issues that affect the tax lien and tax deed industry and will use it to analyze and share information.
